The Role
We are looking for a young, energetic and innovative junior executive with working knowledge of IT to initiate, develop and execute our training activities. The right individual will be a goal-oriented individual who can work with little supervision and is committed to the achievement of organisation objectives.
Required Qualification
Minimum of HND or First degree in the humanities or social sciences is expected. One-year post-NYSC experience in a similar role or project management environment is desirable. The candidate must have good communication skills (oral and written) with good presentation skill.
Job Description
The successful candidate will work on the content portal, training programmes, mentorship programmes, YouTube presence for video materials and the promotion of books.
– Source for participants for training
– Arrange training room for physical training
– Follow up with participants
– Follow up with faculty
– Get training materials ready including fliers, videos and audios.
– Monitor training adverts and other publicity materials online –social media
– Write training intros for training programmes
– Set up meetings
– Follow up with faculty, including the Lead Consultant
– Source for buyers for the three books
– Create events for the books and publicity materials for their promotion
– Work on everything that pertains to the books
– Work on YouTube presence for assigned content.
