A social enterprise and advocacy organisation seeks a young, dynamic and self-motivated individual to work as a project assistant. The successful candidate shall work on the organisation’s sanitary pad media campaign and Funke Treasure Table Tennis Championship among other special projects.
Required Qualification
Minimum of HND or First degree in the humanities or social sciences is expected. Serving youth corps members with good digital media skills or at least one-year post-NYSC experience in a similar role or project management environment is desirable.
Job Description
- Website Management
– Manage the sanitary pad media campaign website – www.mysanitarypad.org
– Source (& follow up)for writers ahead of each week’s schedules
– Update the site with fresh materials
– Track developments about sanitary pads in Nigeria, Africa and across the world
– Post weekly materials on the project’s social media platforms; Twitter, Instagram and Facebook
– Create fun games and quizzes through which women and girls can win prizes on these pages
- Coordinate the pre-production and post-production of the radio drama for the project
– Follow up on scripting.
– Arrange for recording and other things associated with the production.
– Attend to voice actors, producers and scriptwriters.
III. Liaise with advocates, schools, ministry officials, clients and other groups through letter writing, setting up zoom, and other avenues as may be deemed fit for purpose.
