A new radio station in Ibadan, capital of Oyo State has vacancies for the position of Station Manager and Head of Programmes.
The suitable Station Manager who should be between the ages of 35-45 is required to have a University degree in any of the following disciplines: Mass Communication, Journalism, Social Science or Arts. A higher degree in any of the listed disciplines will be an advantage.
He or she is also must have a minimum of 15-years experience in broadcasting, three of which should be at the management level.
ICT Knowledge and operation must be above average while previous experience in managing a commercial radio station will also be an advantage.
Qualifications for the Head of Programmes with the age range of 35-40, include a university degree in the following disciplines: Mass Communication, Journalism Social Science or Arts.
Minimum of eight years experience in broadcasting, especially as a presenter/producer, above average ICT Knowledge and operation and previous experience as Head of Programmes in a commercial radio station are also required.
