The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) requires the services of a Communication Expert.
The candidate for the five months assignment should have the following:
• MA or MS degree in Agriculture ,Communication, Information Sciences, Public Relations/Mass Media, Marketing or closely related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Communication Field, including Documentary Production, Knowledge and Information Management, Web Strategy.
• Experience with writing and editing materials in a journalistic style.
• Ability to work with stakeholder under tight deadlines and to translate ideas and concepts into professional communication products, including talking points, power point presentations, articles, email to staff, and other communication products as needed. Ability to gather information and synthesize into presentable deliverables for the clients.
The tentative date of commencement of work is July 18,2016 The deadline for application is June 21 2016.
