” In the age of digital revolution, radio as a traditional medium keeps evolving, bridging and adapting to new technologies.
This attribute makes radio and important and relevant medium that gets to a large number of the population with ease of access even in the most remote areas.
In Delta State, the third-largest Nigerian state by GDP (US$16,749 million), Warri, a largely multi-tribe and diverse cosmopolitan city, plays host to MEGA 89.1 FM.

MEGA 89.1 FM is a general interest station with a strong Lifestyle Philosophy, a mass appeal to the youth, young adults and the young at heart matured audiences.
At MEGA FM, the goal is to promote delightful music, fact-checked information, community stories that give audiences the kind of emotional connection they wish to have with the most friendly lifestyle station laced with exhilarating on-air performance.
The vision I have for MEGA 89.1 FM is to be a World-Class Lifestyle Radio Brand with a strong mission to Create Powerful Radio That Inspires.
Our goal is to raise the cultural, political, civic and economic intelligence of our target audience with robust investigative journalism and well-researched programming content that creates an emotional connection with our target audience
Our Tagline, The Sound of Delta captures exactly what we are about. The feedback we have gotten so far from our audience has been like a tsunami – their hunger for a radio that connects to them in terms of music, content, on-air talent, and programming options, which MEGA 89.1 FM has come to fill, tells us our job is cut out for us.
And that is a lot of responsibility. And our goal is to meet all unmet needs and underserved audiences.
