Media Career Services, (MCS), a media training, research and consulting orgnasation has appointed Seye Joseph as Media Career Development Officer.
Seye, a graduate of Mass Communication from The Polytechnic, Ibadan will take charge of the daily operations of the organization committed to promoting excellence in media practice in the country.
He will be available for daily consultation on local and international media resources for journalists and other media professionals in the country.
He will also serve as Associate Editor of the Media Career Updates on www.mediacareerng.org
“ I urge media professionals in the country to take advantage of this novel initiative and I am committed to helping to facilitate this process., “ Seye said as he resumed duties last week at the office located in the Journalists Against AIDS ( JAAIDS) Building , 14 Fadare Street (End of Kayode Street) Beside Normal Children’s School Ogba, Lagos.
Founder of MCS, Lekan Otufodunrin said the organization is committed to helping to warehouse resources needed for the career development of media professionals in the country.
“ MCS will provide necessary information on trainings, resources, fellowships, awards and other incentives journalists need to excel on the job. We will provide counseling and mentoring services which is largely missing for journalists in the country,” Otufodunrin stated
