BBC recruiting for Pidgin, Igbo and Yoruba services

British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) News is calling for applications to report news in Pidgin, Igbo and Yoruba languages.

To expand its reach in Nigeria, BBC is requesting for interested candidates who can express themselves in the three indigenous languages to submit entries.

“BBC News is growing and we want you to grow with us! We’re starting Pidgin, Igbo and Yoruba services.

“We’re looking for people who are full of ideas and have a real passion for Shareable News. People who have enthusiasm for all things digital and understand the role BBC journalism plays across the world.

“Interested individuals should apply for all jobs at all levels in digital and social media journalism in pidgin service.

Applications close on Sunday 19th, February, 2017 and entries should be directed to bbc.com/worldservicejobs  for a world of opportunity.
