The Journalism Clinic Journalism Masterclass debuts

Obe at a training session

Starting on Saturday 6 February, The Journalism Clinic will launch its Journalism Masterclass programme with the #FixTheLeaks online workshop.

According to the Founder/Director, The Journalism Clinic, Taiwo Obe, the Journalism Masterclass is aimed at helping journalists excel in their practice.

The maiden edition, #FixTheLeaks, says Obe, is to help journalists working in newsrooms or as independents “fix what they miss out in their reporting and writing.”

The fee-paying training will be online and last three hours.

Obe says: “To make it accessible to most, we have made the pricing really affordable. This is indeed our lowest-priced training ever.”

The training will be handled by Obe, a fellow of the Nigerian Guild of Editors and Commonwealth Professional Fellow, with over four decades of distinguished experience in journalism, practising in Nigeria and overseas.
