Campus journalists are participating in the first phase of the National Union of Campus Journalists’ (NUCJ) training on media law and human rights in Nigeria.
“The Role of Campus Journalists in Safeguarding Media Law and Human Rights in Nigeria” is the theme of the first segment of the program, which will last two days, July 29 and 30.
Accidental discharges, domestic violence, incarceration without trial, kidnappings, police brutality, and other deviant acts degrading fundamental human rights will be addressed during the training.
The Union will give data support to participants with the help of her partners.
