For those with ambitions to be air personalities or professional broadcasters who want to hone their craft, academic qualification is not enough; it is crucial to gain vocational training.
Asides from tertiary institutions, there are institutes established to cater exclusively to the industry and individuals who require proficiency in various aspects of broadcasting.
Unlike universities whose mode of teaching is theoretical, they offer practical knowledge and hands-on training to participants. They unravel and guide students to appreciate the nuances of broadcast media.
Their services are not limited to the duration of training; students are also informed of internship and job opportunities where the knowledge gained comes in handy.
